Add Biblioteca theme

This is a theme that I wrote wanting something similar to Default and Sepia but using serifs all around.

Would you be willing to give this theme another name? (Because different people find different things readable.)

Sure! I am not attached to this name. Updated to "Biblioteca" which means "Library" in Spanish.
