jumping to next article while scrolling an article

Description: If you are scrolling an article and jump to another one, then the second article starts from the scroll location of the previous article

Steps:

1. Open an article (at least two screens long, as the issue relates to scrolling)
2. Start scrolling the content and while the page is still actively scrolling
3. press DOWN or N

Expected: next article opens at the top Actual: next article (again, it needs to be multiple screen length) opens at the scroll position of previous article

• Mac OS Sonoma 14.1.2 (23B92)
