Unhandled Error on Refresh when iCloud syncing paused for ToC

I opened up NetNewsWire today and noticed that it wasn't attempting to refresh any of my feeds. I then tried the Refresh menu bar command and got this error:

I only use one account and it's an iCloud one so I went to check in iCloud and saw this:

After dealing with the things iCloud needed, NetNewsWire immediately refreshed my feeds without a restart.

I'm running a Sonoma Developer Beta and I can't remember if I've ever seen this state and this exact UI so I thought I'd write it up in case others are running into this now or will run into it in the future. Thanks for all the great work building NetNewsWire.

Also got the same issue today. Seems like iCloud ToC was updated again.
