widget design comments in 6.1 beta

Hi, I have been testing the 6.1 beta and I have some comments on the widget design: the icon on the left side indicating if it is unread or starred, etc. uses too much of the precious space. Wouldn't it make more sense to have it on the top like any of the iOS built-in widgets (see Reminders for instance). Also, would it be possible to have at least two lines for each item?
