Can't Add a New Feed With Unencoded Spaces in the URL

On NetNewsWire 6.1 (6106) on macOS 12.5.1, it does not appear to be possible to add a feed where the URL contains an unencoded space. Specifically, the 'Add' button is greyed out in the New Web Feed... dialog box to add a new feed. Manually encoding the space(s) as '%20' enables the 'Add' button, which then works to successfully add the feed.

For example this web page, https://seattle.bibliocommons.com/v2/search?query=Barack%20Obama&searchType=author, has a link to a corresponding RSS feed, https://gateway.bibliocommons.com/v2/libraries/seattle/rss/search?query=Barack Obama&searchType=author&view=grouped, where there is an unencoded space in 'Barack Obama' in the RSS feed URL. Copying the URL from Firefox 104.0.1 and pasting it into the New Web Feed... dialog box in NetNewsWire preserves the unencoded space. This is how I found the issue.

A related issue appears to have been fixed for unencoded spaces within feeds - https://github.com/Ranchero-Software/NetNewsWire/issues/3069. I was unable to find a pre-existing issue for adding a new feed with an unencoded space in its URL.
