Top Snapping

Currently, the multipurpose of shift as a modifier can collide when it comes to top snapping. Shift disables smart snapping and inverts the Maximize windows snapped at top setting.

This prevents the combination of smart snapping (without shift) and simple top half screen snapping (with shift) as the invert takes precedence.

As there is no telling how many users prefer the possibility of shift+move to maximize, an ini. entry which can optionally disable top maximizing completely would be the least intrusive and bloated solution.
