Pinecil v2 not working with Supertank Pro

Describe the bug The Supertank Pro has 4 ports. Two ports support 100W with PPS, 2 ports QC. All 4 ports are USB-C. When connecting the Pinecil v2 to the QC ports, the iron does turn on, detecting 5V. Connecting the iron to the 100W ports, the iron does not turn on at all, just black screen. I have connected my Power-Z KM003C usb tester, and i have made a dump of the connection attempt. Graph is attached bellow, as well as 2 dump files, sqlite + raw data stream, zipped.

Extra Context If I force 20V using the PD triggering of the KM003C, the iron does turn on and work fine at full power. Pinecil v1 also works fine on the 100W ports out of the box, no issues.

To rule out one issue I changed, can you test the latest dev build please
