feat(translations): add Luxembourgish language support

Adds support for the Luxembourgish (LB) language.

Luxembourgish language support is currently missing.

  • What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? The application now includes Luxembourgish (LB) as a supported language.

This looks fantastic, thank you so much. I'll run the CI now and double check this over the weekend but looks great. Have you tested this locally? If not it would be good to check the CI results

I tested it on my Pinecil V2, but didn’t run the GitHub Actions locally. It looks like the CI failed due to flash size limits.
