incompatible with anker nano (10k, 45w) Powerbank

Hello, looks like the pinecil doesnt turn on on any of the USB-C port of the anker nano 10k 45w Powerbank while my phone does, on the usb-A port it does turn on but only gets the usual 5v, is there anything i can do in some setting or Something? the device works fine on my isy 65w brick, also tried different cables Details of your device:

• Device: pinecil v2 from official pine64eu
• Release: v2.20.14DAF70

edit: have updated the firmware to newest 2.23, no change

Does the device power up at all from that port (showing like a boot loop from resetting) or is it completely blank?

nope, doesnt power up at all, Powerbank recognizes that there is Something connected but shows 0W usage
