TS101 Motion sensitivity

Describe the bug ts101 motion sensitivity is not sensitive enough in 2.23rc4

To Reproduce flash 2.23rc4 set sensitivity to 9 allow to sleep try to wake it up

Expected behavior I expect maximum sensitivity to wake easily, instead has to be shaken firmly

Hia, Can you confirm the behaviour in the debug menu, whenever the unit works the Motion Time (labelled Move) should update. Just asking to confirm outside of soldering to check that its not related to soldering; and also if you can check the sensitivity does change things.

Please also include the accelerometer version which can also be found in the debug menu.
