Option to require Bluetooth pairing/passcode

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently it is possible to change temperature and settings on the pinecilv2 through bluetooth without a user actually noticing it, since no pairing or passcode is required. This isn't a huge issue, since it's probably not a very likely thing to happen and even when, the "attack" is more messing with the user than something too dangerous. (setting the temperature very high and having someone accidentally fry components bc of that might be the most extreme case), but it would be nice to have such an option when in use in p.e. a makerspace/hackerspace setting.

Describe the solution you'd like Having something like a passcode that is required before being able to change settings through bluetooth. To keep compatibility with existing solutions that use bluetooth, having a setting to enable/disable this might be useful.

Describe alternatives you've considered Disabling bluetooth obviously also works to prevent this. However if you do use the bluetooth feature, it's annoying disabling it anytime you aren't actively using it.

Additional context I'm admittedly not too familiar with how BLE works, so I'm not too sure how/what options there are from a technical standpoint.

This could be well worth adding. It's a but of a pest as the BLE stack from bouffalo isn't great to work with either, so not sure if it supports this.
