Multi-language on Pinecil V2 from the factory, include more languages if possible

Per chat today, I'm opening ticket to remind you to

• investigate the possibility on Pinecils V2 to add other languages such as asian/slavic ones to the multi-language bundle shipped from the factory Basically, EU+Slavic bundle or Chinese+ japanese.

• recently Pine64 switched from single language shipped to multi-language EU bundle that has 21 languages selectible from the Advanced menu.

• perhaps remove some of the languages from the 21 that are not fully working yet (e.g VI) and get room for languages that are fully functional.

• this improves the out of the box experience so that people don't have to run to IronOS right away get an update for language.

Of course we still encourage the Pine members when updating to choose the normal Pinecilv2.zip and a single language file as that takes up a lot less space and is more optimal.
