Multi-Language EU bundle send over BLE

• would be nice if IronOS could send the language settings over BLE. if the firmware installed is a multi-language type.
• Pine64 recently started shipping all the new Pinecil V2 with the EU multi-language package (21 languages).
• This could potentially be presented as a dropdown list of languages in PineSAM.
• if we get the version of IronOS they have installed send over BLE, we know if they have the single language English version or they have the Multi-language version, and if it's multi, need to also know which language they picked. there could be a dropdown list in pinesam with the 21 languages that they normally see inside the Pinecil screen ( from Advanced menu).

Additiona notes this also might help someone who accidentally picked wrong language and is stuck and confused. if we have this in pinesam, they just open PineSAM and can easily fix the wrong language chosen issue.
