Quotable should use colabti to pull irc logs?

Quotable was relying on that website to pull the logs from for grepping, so anything after 2018-04-28 will not appear in its search results. I guess we should use colabti now? It currently provides logs for the identical range of dates, so the log puller should simply be rewritten.
