Releasable should understand “blockers” command

Currently for blockers it answers:

I cannot recognize this command. See wiki for some examples: https://github.com/perl6/whateverable/wiki/Releasable

I am pretty sure the answer could be more useful. For example, it can be equivalent to the usual status command.
