make commit ids in bisectable output clickable

turn the log into a markdown file and generate links perhaps? might need some careful escaping/formatting for program output itself, though.

Mostly this is about cases when we have more than one commit to report, like this.

Would be great if someone took an existing output file (for example this one) and turned it into a markdown document. Then I'll easily change the code so that it produces exactly what you come up with.
