quotable has outdated data

It only has messages up to 2017-04-03. I should simply run the script that generates the data for it again, and possibly put it into cron or something. I already have a test for it so that we don't forget again, so will work on it shortly.

I did update it a few days ago, but it should be updated regularly.

Yes, Quotable should run the script by itself periodically.
