jquery source not available from China

https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.3/jquery.min.js in https://raku.org/ is not available from mainland China, can we add https://ajax.aspnetcdn.com/ajax/jquery/jquery-1.11.3.min.js ?

Actually we should host all resources by ourselves for GDPR compliancy.
