RFE: Please add "last" and "next" for while and until loops
Hi Guys,
https://docs.raku.org/syntax/while%20until Request for enhancement: please consider adding "last" and "next" into the manual page for both of "while" and "until".
Many thanks, -T
last, next, redo, and LABELs are all documented in the same document, but at the end, separated from the loop/while/until documentation by the discussions of return, return-rw, and fail
I think it is worth adding a short sentence to the sections on while and until containing a link or links to these sections, mentioning that they provide means for fine-tuning loop control or something to that effect.
But also, maybe move the discussions of return, return-rw, and fail to the end of the article, so that they don't come in between the main doco for loop control and these clearly loop-control related items? These three all have a role to play in loop-control but it isn't the only thing they're here for, unlike next, last, etc.
(for also appears early in the article, well before the main loops section, but I don't want to open that can of worms and am inclined to leave it the way it is for now. for just feels more fundamental to the language than any of the other loop constructs, and I think the constructs like next, last, etc are less likely to be needed in for loops than in the other kinds.)
