  Yes, all pull requests created between Oct 1 and Oct 31 will count, regardless of when you register for Hacktoberfest.

• When will my pull request gets merged?

  Our team will verify the PR and merge them as soon as possible

• How many pull request I have to make?

  As per organizers mentioned, You have to make minimum of 4 pull requests
