Changing the Navbar look and the Home Page

What's the style idea?

We need to improve the styling of the navbar,

1. By making a logo liked to the page it refers to,
2. Making the navbar components color changed when hovered over
3. Making the Font size small than the original
4. the Home page UI can be enhanced to get a new interactive look.

Kindly assign me this task under GSSOC'24 @RA
