thumbnails not getting generated for videos created by iphone 12 or higher mobile devices

I have a case scenario in a website where i have to upload a video a get a thumbnail of that video , the library seems to work perfectly for the web as well as for video made by android devices . But for the videos created by iphone 11 pro, 11 proMax and 12 , and higher devices , black thumbnails are getting generated , couldn't seem to understand this issue , so creating this issue , I seem to have run out for options now. Please check this issue.

@Rajesh-Royal Please, if you can just see this issue , on an urgent basis , that would be of great help , since i have a platform which is live now , and more and more users are getting this problem every day.

@techdevelopers08 Without looking at the error logs I can't say anything, but probably it can be a video format issue.

I suspect this is an Apple problem. In my Safari on Mac (all the latest versions), smaller videos can generate thumbnails (under 100M), but larger mp4 (2G) can't generate thumbnails

Hi @someok, thanks for this js. It works great in Chrome. But its not working on Mac in Safari Version 15.6.1 for mov format, even for 4.5 MB video. Would be great if you can look into this. Thanks!
