[Feature Request] Bottom Toolbar and tabs option

As phone screens aren't really getting smaller, it would be great to have an option to move the main toolbar and the tabs to the bottom of the screen. Below the bottom options is probably ideal. It would be very helpful if this feature could be considered in the future. I've made simple mocks ups, to give an idea on how it would look. Which could've been better..
