[Feature] ability to import preferences from settings

Using the import/export function it doesn't restore my settings from the exported file.

EDIT: Nvm I was able to pause and read to know that I have to click on the exported file itself. UX can be improved so we can actually select the file from the option.

It says that to import you'd need to locate the exported file.

Yes, I realized that but it would be better to have 2 options 'Backup' and 'Restore' to avoid confusion. That is pretty much the standard I've seen in all foss apps. The wording and access caused a little confusion is all.
