[Feature] Area based swipe for sub-categorization

Creating in a new issue as per https://github.com/Raival-e/Prism-File-Explorer/issues/140#issuecomment-3200400997.

To allow for sub-categorization swiping-to-switch folders, initially I thought a sensitivity threshold was the way but now an area based trigger point different for tabs and folders seems logical. It would work like this; Imagine 3 equal vertical areas dividing the view. If the user uses center area to swipe, it swipes between the folders (2nd tab bar). If user uses left or right areas it swipes between tabs as usually most swipes begine from edges when we're switching tabs. Additionally allow to set width of the middle area for user customization and comfort.
