Can't install Rainway dashboard

Some description

I ran the install for rainway and it's giving me an error of "This application requires Microsoft .net framework v4.7.1, do you wan't to install it?" then i clicked yes. It redirected me to version 4.7.2 so i searched 4.7.1 myself. I tried to install the .net framework but then it says that i already have it installed. But The rainway installer is saying it's not. Please help ty

Which version of .NET Framework did you try to install in this situation, 4.7.1 or 4.7.2?

A program that runs on 4.7.1 should work fine under 4.7.2. DOTNET tries to maximize backwards compatiblity, so in theory it should work fine under 4.7.2.

If you installed either 4.7.1 or 4.7.2 and Rainway didn't detect the install, reboot your computer and try to install Rainway. It should install properly this time.

so actually the installer said it must install 4.7.1 but it redirected me to 4.7.2 so i downloaded 4.7.1 myself

I'm pretty sure the redirect from 4.7.1 to 4.7.2 is intentional on Microsoft's end. The installer says you must install at minimal 4.7.1. Rainway works fine on 4.7.2 as it is what I have installed.
