Blue Tooth controller not detected by web client until connected by USB.

Title

I had a Blue Tooth controller paired to the PC, steam detects it just fine and I could play games with it just fine, but Rainway's web client would not detect this controller nor any input I press on it, I had to plug the controller into the PC via USB before the web client would detect it. Once the web client detects the controller through USB it would work like normal after that, even through blue tooth. I can turn it off and on wirelessly through blue tooth and it would be detected and function normally after that.

Steps

1 - Had a blue tooth controller paired and detected by windows registering it's input. 2 - Connected controller to PC through wired usb.

What happens

1 - Rainway web client does not see controller. 2 - The web client detects the controller. Controller functions as expected afterwards, even through blue tooth.

What is expected

I expected the browser to detect the controller immediately or after some input was pressed.
