Installer 1.0.4.0 crashing on Windows 10

update: I got the installer to 'work'... seems like what happened is the Installer finished silently. Meaning, I ran the exe and the installer finished and disappeared. I thought the installer had exited/crashed, so I ran it again, getting this error (presumably due to the fact that it was already installed). Seems like a UX issue if that's actually the expected install process.

Thanks for reporting this. Could you provide the last logs it produced? You can find them under

Press [Windows]+R and type %appdata%
You will probably have to go up one folder to see the list of folders like "Local, Roaming, LocalLow"
Enter folder Local
Enter Rainway, Inc

We need the Installer.log, Launcher.log and Server.log. Thank you.

I cleared my appdata in an attempt to get the installer to work, so this is probably not useful, but here you go:
