"Subspace" Gauss-Netwon

I've read the paper "VITAMIN-E: VIsual Tracking And MappINg with Extremely Dense Feature Points" and I'm wondering wheater it's possible to implement a Bundle Adjustment procedure like the one described there and named by the author "Subsbace Guass Newton Method" (see section 3.2). Thanks to anybody will want to help me.
