Cannot reply to or save drafts of HTML emails.

RainLoop version, browser, OS: 1.16.0, CentOS7 Expected behavior and actual behavior: I can save to drafts and send emails without any problems. Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. In the Rainloop settings, the email format is set to "HTML".
2. Receive HTML mail.
3. Press the Reply button.
4. Press the Send or Save button.

After I click the reply button on a received HTML email, I can send or save the email by deleting the entire body of the email or changing to text mode.

This problem may or may not occur depending on the mail server. I have a high incidence of this problem when I use a shared server mail server.
