Allow "Create SIEVE rule from this message"

RainLoop version, browser, OS: 1.16.0, any, Linux Debian 10 (yunohost)

Expected behavior and actual behavior: When I go to a message, if sieve is enabled, allow creating a filter from details in the message. For example, prefill the create filter form from the from address, the subject etc.

Steps to reproduce the problem: Go to a message on a rainloop install where sieve is enabled, select a message, see no option to create filter from message.
