Feature: Compress images from png to jpeg while pasting from the clipboard

Inspired by the obsidian-paste-png-to-jpeg plugin.

It's quite useful to compress images from png to jpeg while pasting from the clipboard to reduce the vault size, so I port the feature from the obsidian-paste-png-to-jpeg plugin to this plugin to support more flexible file location settings.
