Changing Plan on the Same Form as Entering Billing Information

I am trying to build a form that is dynamic in that a user could change the plan they wanted in the same form. If they choose the wrong one, and wanted to change before they clicked the submit button.

The issue with this is that I don't know how to generate a new Recurly signature with the newly selected option.

Would anyone be interested in helping me figure this out? Feel free to post some code in here.

If we can come up with a good answer, I will contribute it (with credit of course where due) to the tutorial as an option for users going through it.
