Main page shows up behind modal on validation error

If you get a validation error in the modal it shows the main page behind the modal.

You see how the try it button and so on is visible below the modal?

Hi, this issue still exists. It seems the error JavaScript is not loading correctly

the ajax request looks like its set to render the error and the entire new.html page
