The license is too restrictive to write Pull Requests

We can't fix bugs in the addon and submit pull requests because there's no license that allows us to do so. Can you consider moving to a free software license?

I was wondering the same. The license that exists now "all right's reserved" does look like contributions are not wanted or legally dubious.
