Add individual pull actions

Get rid of the delete button - add a dropdown menu such as below and add features like "insert pull before" or "insert pull after". The delete can also go under that dropdown menu.

Add an option to allow people to set a note or description per pull which will be rendered as above.

I think I may have to put the killzone + pull color under the same dropdown then.
