Add mapping versions

Each new version of the mapping will have a, well, version number attached to it. Each route will have a mapping version attached to it. This will mean that pulls need to be migrated to not have an enemy_id anymore, but have something like "npc_id + index" (which is like how MDT does it), or some other way to ensure that a route can migrate to different mapping versions.

It's a bit of a project but it will be nice to not have routes break all of a sudden and I can prompt people that the mapping has updated, and they can press a button to bring it back up to date.
