Add admin page to be able to manage dungeonroutes

Right now someone complained they couldn't delete a route for whatever reason. Probably because they can't find where they're supposed to do it - but I don't have that option at all even if I'd want to delete the route! I should have an admin page for routes where I can perform these actions.
