It's not in the jei folder, its just in the configs folder. The directory is for the new modpack and not dissonance but it should still be the same.

This was a Curseforge issue which was fixed so the issue can be safely closed :)

try to clear the keybind (hit escape when youre binding) and hit done. then go back in and bind to your mouse buttons.

also you could get around it if you have software for your mouse (like g hub for logitech mice), you could bind the mouse button to a NUMPAD key and...
