Can't use VR Controllers. They have no function

Hi, when I start the Mod and I am in the startmenu, than I can't use the Controllers. I can see my virtual hands laying on the floor, but I can't move them. Even every button has no function. In the Steam Menu, I can see that there is no key binding.

I have a HTC Vive Cosmos
