Does not run in VR - cannot run patcher / .NET

• Game Version: 1.1.14.768
• OWML Version: 2.9.8
• NomaiVR Version: 2.9.2
• VR hardware: Oculus Quest 2

I can't get NomaiVR to run, even though the mod says enabled in mod manager and within the game. Here's what i've tried:

• Use Desktop Game Theatre while SteamVR is active - Disabled
• Verified integrity of game files
• Start game from Outer Wilds Mod Manager with NomaiVR enabled
• Main menu has Mods option, with NomaiVR enabled
• Game does not start in VR
• Have tried with both easy installation and manual installation of NomaiVR

solved this issue. Go to OWML/mods/Raicuparta.NomaiVR/patcher > Right click NomaiVRPather > Properties > Check UNBLOCK > Apply

what's this unblock checkbox? was it being blocked by some antivirus or something?

Not entirely sure, but I think the patcher was trying to install something and since the file came from the internet, by default it is blocked on the properties screen of windows? Once I checked unblock, the box entirely disappeared so it can't be unchecked again.

I have unblocked the files in the folder but still no luck on getting it to start same error.
