new image sizes issue

Hi there, when I changed woocommerce_thumbnail size from 324 to 1024 and regenerate it again i still see 324 image in my website, even after pressing save changes. you must take a look at the screen shots. it happens after plugin's new update, I can't change woocommerce thumbnail size anymore. it is always 324. even I tested it with fresh wordpress and woocommerce plugin but problem still exist.

The same issue brought me here, only that I bother with the "0 px" height, that I cannot change for uncropped Woocommerce images - as it is also shown in alvin432's screenshots.

This is since WC 3.3., and is no problem with WC 2.6.0, therefore for the moment I stepped back.

So WC is causing this problem - on which side can something be done to overcome this issue?

The only way I got this to work is to go into the advanced wp-admin/options.php and change it myself after also changing it in the theme settings. Note: I think Woocommerce doesn't allow any other things to override the sizes.
