Thumbnail are not getting cropped

I can change the size of thumbnails but they aren't getting cropped for some reason. Any fixes for this?

same here : WP 4.7.3 plugin SIS : 3.1.1

image regeneration wont work, no file created. yes, file permissions are OK :)
