4K HDR video (webm) playback issue

4K video (webm) does not play smoothly from local file. But in other players such as MPV or SMPlayer that video playback nice without any lags. For example, download media in 4K from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXb3EKWsInQ

YouTube has many formats per video. If you are giving an YouTube link as an example, please be more precise about which format of that video you have playback problems with. VP9? HDR or not? 30fps or 60fps? Having a youtube format code number provided here would be nice.

Hi @Rafostar do you know if gstreamer-bad-playbin3 can play vp9 to hantro driver?

Once gstreamer 1.20 is out, but someone's else HDR issue is not a good place for asking unrelated questions. If you have any questions please use either Clapper matrix channel (clapper-player:matrix.org) or at least ask using github discussions page. Thank you.
