Can play H265 files and the audio for dialogues come from just right earphones

The rest of the audio is perfect , but the dialogues are from the right earphone only and I tried with multiple files

This is the properties of the video file

This is the video file when playing it

And I downloaded the plugins as well

Are there any other plugins or media codecs I need to download ?
