Multiple external subtitles loading and selection

Multiple subtitles selection, for simplicity sake, it would be nice to have one more quick menu (button) where I could change subs quickly. Sometimes I download 4-5 subs files to find whichever works best and quick swich is in that case really important for non-english users I'd say. I can give you Haruno as example. From another issue discussion it should work similarly to multiple selection for build-in subtitles. This issue comes from #108

To be honest this is gonna be very complicated to combine with your request for "restoring previous subtitles on resume". Playbin(3) only accepts and stores single SUBURI at a time.

User needs to manually either "drag and drop" or simply open another file at least once for it to be readable. In this case drag and dropping subtitle files onto the player until you find the one that works best seems easier then doing the same thing (D&D to make it open) and additionally having another menu for selection.

I will keep this open for now, there are other things that need reworking first anyway.

Right now I mark this as an "unlikely", but depending how rewritten API turns out, it might be implemented. Will see.
