Can we set protonvpn-cli to use a proxy to reach Proton API ?

My country's firewall has restricted the servers which ProtonVPN uses to grab IP addresses of the servers. It might be a great idea for ProtonVPN-CLI to use a proxy server to communicate with the Proton API.
