Added feature: Measuring against neighbouring glyphs

Hi Rafał,

first, this is a really cool plug-in! I have been using it a lot.

I forked it and added the capability to measure distances against the neighbouring glyph.

I did quite a bit of re-factoring along the way (see commits there). Also, I did not understand the meaning of the red vs blue measurements so I removed the distinction for now.

What do you think?

@justanotherfoundry Hey this version works nicely. But I when switch to another glyph to edit the plugin automatically turns off I need to re-activate again to use

can you check the macro panel after that happened?

Unfortunately, there is nothing in the macro panel. There are several occurrences. Eg. a click on "Zoom", Measurement or TT instructor in the toolbar. Definitively unchecked (even on switching back to select tool.) This is for the modified version from JAF. The one in the repo has another problem. It somtimes does not update, if other plug ins are on, especially the "Crosshair on select" I have to press space bar to bring it back to mouse pointer...
