Adding support for Tidal via Tidal API

Loving this bot it plays almost from all the sources I normally use. Been using the bot for 2 years now.

However I have recently switched to Tidal and discovered that the share link from Tidal is not compatible with Vulkan.

Like in issue #64 I get the below error:

Getting this error Nothing Found - This type of input was too strange, try something else or type .help play

It looks like this may be possible to achieve in the same way as Spotify, since Tidal also allows for Client credentials and access tokens.

Unfortunately I don't have too much experience with Python or any other language so, if someone has the free time to implement support for Tidal it will be very much appreciated😊
