[FR]: Allow option for dates to be displayed as "X days ago"

Currently if you show the dates, it takes up too much vertical space, and its hard to read the dates quickly. Allow users the option to display as an english or localised text of how many days ago it is. If something was edited in 2023-08-03, it doesn't tell me much and its hard to read. If I instead read "1 month ago", its easier to read. I can always hover over the text to display the date in YY-MM-DD.

I see you're using react, so you might consider using moment or dayjs libraries for this.

You can put the option to toggle this globally in the settings for the plugin. But you can also allow users to put it on a column by column basis, by using the unused column settings button for Modified and Created.
